Paris Saint-Germain win dramatic penalty shootout over Arsenal to claim back-to-back Champions League titles

Paris fans celebrated wildly, but the festivities were marred by riots. According to police, 79 people were arrested and 45 were taken into custody. Police seized 24 flash-bang devices and more than 100 fireworks; one officer was injured during the unrest and received medical treatment.
