Paris – 03.06.2026: The French government has announced total savings of 4 billion euros in the 2026 budget draft to offset the financial burdens caused by conflicts in the Middle East. This measure includes both a cancellation of 847 million euros in budget funds and the temporary freezing of 3.2 billion euros.
