Saint Petersburg - 06/05/2026: Russian President Vladimir Putin has rejected the invitation from his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky for a direct meeting. Zelensky had previously called on Putin in an open letter for a complete ceasefire and personal talks to end the conflict between the two countries.At the International Economic Forum in Saint Petersburg, Putin stated that he sees "no interest in a meeting" with Zelensky.
