Evian-les-Bains – June 17, 2026: The third and final day of the G7 Summit held in Evian-les-Bains focused on artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation. Key politicians and representatives from the technology industry discussed the opportunities and challenges that AI presents to the global economy and society.

U.S. President Donald Trump emphasized the importance of innovation and regulation in the field of artificial intelligence in his opening remarks. He stated that the United States is ready to take a leading role in the development and adoption of AI technologies, while also stressing that the necessity for responsible regulation should not be overlooked.
