A sudden storm swept through several municipalities in the Somme department on Thursday, June 18, leaving a trail of destruction. Within minutes, calm streets turned into debris fields. Roofs were torn off, trees uprooted, and numerous buildings damaged. For many residents, the storm felt like a tornado.
