Seoul - 01 July 2026: The dispute in South Korea is intensifying over whether treatments for hair loss should be included in the benefits catalogue of the national health insurance. The Ministry of Health had planned a public discussion for the end of June but canceled it at short notice. The official reason given was the need for further technical coordination.
