Wildfire near Bordeaux: Reception center for evacuees reaches its limits

Bordeaux - 25/07/2026: Since the night, more people have been arriving at the Parc des Expositions in northern Bordeaux after having to leave their houses, apartments or holiday accommodation because of the major wildfire in Gironde. Luggage, water bottles and the search for a place to sleep define the scene in the halls.
