Laure Lavalette calls for nationwide air conditioning of public buildings in response to the May heatwave in France

Laure Lavalette, deputy of the Rassemblement National from the Var department, advocated in an interview with “Les 4 Vérités” on May 28, 2026, for a complete air conditioning of public buildings. Lavalette has represented the second constituency of Var since 2022 and refers to previous proposals from her party leader, which include similar concepts of climate change adaptation.
