The Atlantic coast of Gironde is once again under the impression of a tragic swimming accident. On Wednesday evening, a 24-year-old man from Bordeaux lost his life off the popular bathing resort Lacanau. The young man was in the sea with friends when he suddenly disappeared and did not resurface. Around 8 p.m., the rescue coordination centers received the alarm.
