Five sailors killed in Russian missile attack on Turkish cargo ship

Kyiv – 19 July 2026: Five sailors were killed in a Russian missile attack on a Turkish-operated merchant ship, according to the Ukrainian Navy. The grain-laden cargo ship was hit by three missiles on Sunday as it was leaving the combat zone. Five other crew members were initially reported missing.
